Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning team did a good job. Rooms were comfortable and noise level was tolerable. Kids loved the indoor pool even though it wasn't a heated pool. Didn't try the in house restaurant but the food always smelled good if we were walking by during service hours. Had 1 time that our key cards stopped working but the issue was quickly fixed .

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were amazing. My daughter loved the pull out sofa. Honestly the only downside was the pool wasn't heated. It is indoors so that was good but we tried a couple times and the water was a little chilly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We have no complaints. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

Breakfast was great and spacious.. they had a dining room big enough for a big number of people, not to mention the kitchen/bar area up front was amazing.

EVERYTHING!!! Pleasant staff, clean, felt safe, convenient for going to Graceland & numerous restaurants (just a little drive) A car wash on the corner down the street $3.00 drive thru! A Cracker Barrel on the other side of the street!

We did not have breakfast. That was not an option. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was still closed due to Covid. The young lady that checked me in was wonderful. She was very courteous and helpful. We had to request an extra towel as there were 3 of us and bedding for the sofa bed, but she did not seem to mind at all. The beds were so comfortable. We slept very well, and the room was even better than we were expecting. We enjoyed our first stay at a Sheraton property and looking forward to more.

I don’t know how you can rate this other than a 10. the room was well laid out with a sitting area as well as bed. everything was immaculate I used the exercise room.

Brrakfadt was amazing, the staff went out of their way to interact with my youngest and make her feel special. Delaton i believe was had name.

We got a handicapped room because it was the only one left with king bed. The walk-in shower is wonderful. My wife if usually afraid to use a shower for fear of falling. NOW the problem is that she wants to remodel OUR bath/shower to be just like the hotels! The room was on the first floor with parking lot right outside our window, but we didn't hear any outside noise. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the young man cleaning constantly! The hot breakfast is certainly worth the premium price for this hotel.
