Four Points Memphis Southwind

The morning crew was amazing! Dee the lady with braids i can't spell her name sorry but she was amazing! And the guy with the yellow pants was too. Lol. Breakfast was amazing! Add honey to the condiment section. I love honey with my tea instead of sugar. And the fact that this place don't allow pets is a bonus. I stayed at a hotel in Florida that did allow pets and it smelled of urine. Now it could have been an adult idk. But I won't ever stay at a hotel that's pet friendly. Nothing against animals i have one. But leave the dang dog at the dog center. Lol

Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning team did a good job. Rooms were comfortable and noise level was tolerable. Kids loved the indoor pool even though it wasn't a heated pool. Didn't try the in house restaurant but the food always smelled good if we were walking by during service hours. Had 1 time that our key cards stopped working but the issue was quickly fixed .

The Breakfast was good. I was so glad i didnt have to get out the next morning to travel and get food. The Cook was polite. The indoor pool was amazing{i love water} . the staff was nice and helpful and the location was on point when it came to going out to eat. they have a bar at this hotel and that is plus for me. The room was clean and smelled good. and spacious enough for my family of 5.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were amazing. My daughter loved the pull out sofa. Honestly the only downside was the pool wasn't heated. It is indoors so that was good but we tried a couple times and the water was a little chilly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We have no complaints. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.
